Professionalism: He communicates clearly and concisely--both verbally and in writing--so I always knew what to expect. True to his word, he arrived on time, completed the project as scheduled and even addressed observations ahead of time to ensure there would be no misunderstandings later. His reliability and professionalism are top-notch.
