I would have chose all 5 options! Jason responded quickly, answered all all my questions (never once sounded annoyed) and gave me a lot to of information to help me feel confident with my decision to move forward with installing a whole house water softener. No frills. Competitive price. Jason knows the Clack product well. Chris did the water softener and carbon filter tank installation in about an hour. System has only been installed for a day, hope all remains good, the people though... are straight shooters with a quality product. Less than half the price I was being offered for an equivalent RainSoft system.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messaging, email or phone are all options. I prefer to speak over the phone being it’s much more personal and quicker to get information needed to give the most accurate price. However you prefer to communicate is perfect for me.
