Solid work all around from explanation and description of product. Installation was smooth and overall cost was reasonable. Wait a day or two before the water truly feels softer and about half the time for the reverse osmosis (empty 2-3 tanks) first.

Messaging, email or phone are all options. I prefer to speak over the phone being it’s much more personal and quicker to get information needed to give the most accurate price. However you prefer to communicate is perfect for me.
