Manuel did an excellent job in regular maintenance. He explained the issue really well and took care of my unit. He also highlighted I have been using the wrong filter for two years.
I had written an earlier review about the services provided by Safe Airconditioning where I had expressed my strong concern about their AC repair services. Since then, all the concerns that I had expressed in my earlier review have been addressed by the vendor with sheer determination and utmost professionalism. Mistakes happen sometime but to admit and correct the mistake is in itself a testament of the integrity and honesty displayed by the vendor. I really appreciate the goodwill gesture and actions taken by the Safe AC to address my concerns.

Manuel was professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the service visit. He thoroughly inspected my AC system, explained that the refrigerant was low, and added UV dye to help accurately locate the source of the leak instead of making assumptions. He took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained the next steps. I really appreciated his professionalism and would highly recommend Manuel for HVAC service.

Manuel did a great job with our quarterly HVAC maintenance. He was very professional, thorough, and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. They also provided pictures of the work, which we really appreciated. We had a deadline from our landlord, and they were able to come out the very next day to take care of everything. Great service and highly recommend!
