- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meet and greet about a week before the service that I provide and in which I will provide a contract that requires information about the client's address, emergency contacts, information about the pet, veterinarian and any ground rules for the house.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that the provider that you choose to fulfill your wishes for your beloved canine treats this not only like a job, but as something that they were meant to do.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What all am I allowed to touch and not touch in the house? Should I get my own food? Do you mind me sleeping in a specific room? etc.
