FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet and Meet: We do face to face meeting or phone call/ email with someone looking for a photographer. This helps us figure out what the potential client is looking for and determining if its something we a) offer and/or b) are available for and/ or c) want to take on. Questionnaire: Then we send over a very short questionnaire where we get the clients information and ask a few questions that will help us further determine if this is a potential job we can take on. Pricing: We sit down with the client to see if one of our packages or specials work for them and what they are looking for. If we don't not have one that works for there needs we try to build one just for them. From this point the process change based on the type of session. We walk our clients through the process that goes with there session.
