Kenneth and Manuel were awesome! They took extra care for the pieces they moved and couldn't have been finer in the torrential rain that they had to deal with. Would absolutely love for them to move anything I own. Also super cool dudes

I Didnt Even Make It to Moving Day and I Already Dodged a BulletI originally called All My Sons four days ago and was quoted $159 for two men for two hours. No mention of fuel fees. No mandatory travel charges. No fine print, no disclaimers just a seemingly straightforward rate. Laura, Brian, and Scott all confirmed the same pricing. Conveniently, the original quote link is now expired so theres no proof of what I was promised. How convenient.Fast forward to today: Carlos calls to confirm everything. I told him how relieved I was to have found the best price in DFW, and I even said I was happy it would only cost $250 to hold my items overnight. He took inventory and recommended three men for $209 for two hours. I agreed no big deal.Then I get the formal quote and SURPRISE! Now its $209 per hour, not for two hours. And dont forget the extra $209 "fuel and travel" charge. Thats $420 before a single box is touched. They knew it was a local move. They knew the house size. They knew the inventory. And somehow this magical number wasnt mentioned until now?Then I call back for clarification and another rep casually tells me the move would probably take 5 to 6 hours. Im sorry, WHAT?! Why am I just now hearing this?? We live in a modest 3-bed, 2-bath home with barely any furniture I even told them two rooms are EMPTY. Unless theyre moonwalking through the job, theres no reason this move should take that long except to run up the clock. And judging by the Yelp reviews Ive read since? That tracks.I told the rep it feels like Ive had the wool pulled over my eyes and congrats, because here comes another very justified one-star review.Im thankful I trusted my gut and canceled. This company operates like a bait-and-switch circus deceptive quotes, hidden fees, and inflated timelines designed to bleed you dry. I have no doubt Id have been out $2,000 by the end of it.Dont fall for the charm. There are honest moving companies out there. This just isnt one of them.
