Had a pipe burst and Lakepointe handled it quickly and professionally. Because of that experience, I now called them because my water heater started leaking. Again, Lakepoint responded fast and got it replaced without any hassle. Always clear, reasonable, and honest on pricing. Reliable work.

Lakepointe had Neil come out to my house and fix some leaky taps outside and install a flood stop for my water heater. Pricing was very reasonable compared to some of the big names I got quotes from. On top of that Neil did a great and is very knowledgeable. You can tell he takes pride in his work.The flood stop installation looks great, way better than the water heater piping did before, and he repaired a leaky fitting in the process.The new hose bibs he picked out for us are quarter turn ball valves and are so much nicer to use. Plus, the installation looks great.Highly recommended

Alex was easy to deal with and made the process easy when I was inquiring about service. I spoke with him directly. Meaning. no administrative person and I was speaking to the person doing the work. I sent a pic of what I needed done and he provided a reasonable quote quickly. He arrived as scheduled and did a great job. He recommended a few other things that I ended up having doing. No pressure. He was friendly and obviously very experienced.Shout out to Neal who was with him. Good team.

I had received 4 quotes for a slab leak repair job that I had on the kitchen/laundry side of my home. It's so scary to write out that deposit check when zero work has been done and then you'll be contractually obligated. I decided to get one more quote from Lakepointe Plumbing. Alex came with a competitive price and seemed straight forward and honest. We're so glad that we went with Lakepointe. He kept his word about the pricing, the timeline and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He pulls permits to protect himself and our home. His subcontracted (?) team that did the tunneling were always on time, worked all day in record heat and kept us informed. We hope we won't have any plumbing issues for a long while but if and when we do, I'll be giving Alex/Lakepointe Plumbing a call.
