- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is pretty simple. I am here for my customers and what they can afford. If you have an emergency plumbing problem but short of funds I'm the guy you want to call. I received more return calls last year from friends and family members of customers tthan I received from Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always looking for new customers and I really enjoy teaching and explaining the process and situations of certain problems. I like for my customers to be completely informed of everything.
