I hired him to do some plumbing work, replacing some water shutoff valves because of some small leaks. I also talked to him about my water pressure being low in the kitchen. He removed the kitchen faucet and water lines and there was some buildup that was slowing the water pressure. John drove to Lowes during rush hour and bought a new kitchen faucet, shutoff valves and hoses and replaced them. My water has never had as much pressure as it does now. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be more pleased. Cost was a lot lower than what it would cost to get a plumber out. I will definitely hire him in the future. Great guy...... Thanks John

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is pretty simple. I am here for my customers and what they can afford. If you have an emergency plumbing problem but short of funds I'm the guy you want to call. I received more return calls last year from friends and family members of customers tthan I received from Thumbtack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always looking for new customers and I really enjoy teaching and explaining the process and situations of certain problems. I like for my customers to be completely informed of everything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS electrical engineering tstc 5yrd experience as an industrial maintenance technician
