Really fast to get back with. And all you have to do is tell them what ur thinking and what type of event ur having and they come up with a price and picture to show u what ur going to be getting. Which I think really helps when picking a company to decorate for ur event. And they are very nice and caring during this hard time of planing for a memorial service/ celebration of life dinner for our family and my grandfathers co workers. Im so happy that im going to be going with this company for my event.

The event was my granddaughters high school graduation celebration, so I wanted it to very special and unique. I tell you, I was not disappointed, at all. The setup was exactly to specifications, communication was spot on, she kept me informed step by step, no surprises. She is very detailed. My granddaughter was extremely happy with the setup, along with myself and her mother. I will gladly refer her to friends and family, and I will be using her services in the future
