I reached out to SVA after receiving a highly suspect diagnosis of my fridge from another company. They were able to send a tech out the same day, who promptly found the issue: the compressor was leaking Freon at one of the weld joints. He gave me a quote for repair, but ultimately suggested replacing the fridge due to the parts and labor required for repair. He turned away money from his business to put the customer first. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable about fridges and their components. Highly recommend.
