David was a wealth of knowledge- knowledge far beyond typical financial guidance. His general concern for our well being and astute understanding of very complex circumstances gave me great peace in a time of turmoil. I have worked with several skilled financial advisors - David is the best. I cannot recommend his services highly enough!

I met David Disraeli through a mutual friend. I was referred because David is an expert in estate planning and he also handles alternative investments which help offset the risk of owning stocks. I could not be more pleased with the relationship and I would highly recommend him to others.

I have known David for many years now and those of his abilities for retirement planning. I retained David to help me get ready for my upcoming retirement and estate review. David has a very good understanding of financial instruments, limitations, and forecasting outcomes. While nothing is for sure, he does lay out several options to take with existing assets. He also has access to legal support to craft the proper documentation for the estate planning for sure. I have been very satisfied with the work that is done for me so far. As a side note, David first got started helping my parents plan their estate. It was a very thorough review and they were very pleased with his work at that time.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge $750 for a will/trust and powers of attorney for a couple. This includes the attorney's fee. I charge $750 for a standard LLC and $1200 for a series LLC in Texas.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I take a great deal of time learning about a client and their needs. After asking a number of questions and listening closely to the answers, I recommend next steps and quote a fee.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 31 years of experience in financial and estate planning and am a Certified Financial Planner. In addition I work for three law firms with expertise in wills, LLC formation, asset protection and business law.
