- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When interested in new water treatment systems, there is no charge for consulting. $95 an hour service for Pre-existing systems. Depending on starting quality of water and the end result of quality of water you're looking for, will always defer on price. In the end, consulting before buying is recommended to ensure the best quality of water for the family and home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It should be easy: 1 - You contact us. 2 - Answer a few questions. 3 - Schedule an appointment. It should never be hard or difficult to work with new or existing customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
21 Years Experience Started January 6th 2003 I have 15 1/2 years with Culligan, Residential and Commercial, also 1 good year at J&P WaterWorks, Residential and Commercial. Everything learned is all hands-on training. I could not have asked for better training from both jobs.
