Great service Very responsive, punctual and has a fair price. Would highly recommend. We hired for a water softener install that we bought from Costco. Plumber explained how to operate equipment and stocked it with salt to leave it running for us. Happy that they had quick availability.

The young man, Austin, who installed my unit was the absolute best and an artist with PVC! He indulged all of my questions and curiosity. He took his time to explain each step of the installation and its purpose, which I thoroughly appreciated as a corporate trainer. The installation of the pipes was like a work of art. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When interested in new water treatment systems, there is no charge for consulting. $85 an hour service for Pre-existing systems. Depending on starting quality of water and the end result of quality of water your looking for will always defer on price. In the end, consulting before buying is recommended to ensure the best quality of water for family and home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It should be easy: 1 - You contact us. 2 - Answer a few questions. 3 - Schedule an appointment It should never be hard or difficult to work with new or existing customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started January 6th 2003 I have 15 1/2 years with Culligan. Residential and Commercial also 1 good year at J&P WaterWorks. Residential and Commercial Everything learned is all hands-on training. Could not have asked for better training from both jobs.
