Andy saved the day! Very professional and knowledgeable about all things water conditioning. We attempted to install a water softener ourselves and ended up in an emergency plumbing situation...Andy was able to come out after hours and clear up our issue in no time. 10/10 will be recommending him to all of our neighbors and friends looking for a water softener or filtration system!

Amazing service! Hired to install spring well whole house filters and softener. The response time to questions was very fast. They were able to come out very soon. I had one small minor follow up that ended up not being an issue but the within an hour or reporting it he was here looking at it for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service! So pleasant, punctual, and knowledgeable about these systems! He spent a lot of time patiently answering all of my questions. He also swapped out a part for me to make one of the items I ordered compatible with no charge and added an extra spout so I could easily hook up a hose for watering plants if needed to buy pass softener without impacting rest of house. And the rates were well below my other quotes. I only wish they did other work so I could hire them again!

We originally hired Andy to install a GE water softener we had bought ourselves and upon opening the package we realized that the system was cracked. Andy didn’t charge us for this visit and instead suggested a few systems for us to take a look at, systems that would be better for our house and offered a longer warranty. We ended up asking him to come back a week later to install the Clack valve system and a 20-inch water filter. We’ve only had the system for a few days and it’s been great so far. Andy was great to work with, very accommodating despite te his busy schedule and also very honest and knowledgeable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When interested in new water treatment systems, there is no charge for consulting. $95 an hour service for Pre-existing systems. Depending on starting quality of water and the end result of quality of water you're looking for, will always defer on price. In the end, consulting before buying is recommended to ensure the best quality of water for the family and home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It should be easy: 1 - You contact us. 2 - Answer a few questions. 3 - Schedule an appointment. It should never be hard or difficult to work with new or existing customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
21 Years Experience Started January 6th 2003 I have 15 1/2 years with Culligan, Residential and Commercial, also 1 good year at J&P WaterWorks, Residential and Commercial. Everything learned is all hands-on training. I could not have asked for better training from both jobs.
