Baz was our technician and he was great! He was incredibly nice and skilled. Our washing machine was not draining at all and he was able to get it repaired in about an hour or so since he arrived with the needed part without us having to wait for it to be ordered. He also provided useful tips for how to avoid this issue in the future.

This was my first time using ProTech. I had a refrigerator leak and called them on a Saturday. Their AI phone agent worked well and got me an appointment set up for Monday morning. The service technician Baz was awesome. He was on time, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The administrative side was great as well. I got clear communication about the service, about the pricing, and the cost was more than fair. I am very pleased with ProTech and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.
