Ben was great! I was off-site while he was at my office with my staff working on our computers. He called and kept me in the loop as he work on our three computers! He was there for several hours and had great solutions and was not pushy and did not charge anything additional for an added software upgrade! Looks like Ben just our business from here on out!

After 2 days of no solution with a local 'repairer' recommended on the NextDoor, I contacted Ben. He took my PC and resolved the issue in 30 min. He was very upfront with the price which was more than reasonable. Don't waste your time with big box stores. Microcenter told me 3 week. Ben took 30 min.
