FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Numerous factors influence the pricing of beehive removal, including the complexity of the bee issue, the hive's location, and the length of time the hive has been present. As a customer-centric business, we provide free estimates and can even frequently diagnose the situation over the phone. Our pricing structure is straightforward and clear, ensuring that the price quoted to our clients is the price they will be charged. Furthermore, we stand behind the quality of our services and provide a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial point of contact typically occurs via telephone. During this interaction, our clients will have the opportunity to speak directly with one of our seasoned bee removal experts, who can address any questions, provide pricing information, and schedule appointments during this initial conversation. To ensure that we are adequately prepared, we will require basic information about the beehive. The more information we have, the better we can serve you. Photos are also great! We value our clients' time, and as such, we schedule our appointments within a one-hour window to minimize wait times for our technicians' arrival. Upon arrival, we will review the work to be performed and verify the cost with our clients. Additionally, we will provide information on what to expect following a beehive service and arrange any follow-up appointments as required. Our clients can contact us for support via phone, text, or email before and after their appointment, and we are always eager to address any questions that they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home & Hive was founded by a 2nd generation beekeeper with over 30 years of beekeeping experience. Because we were beekeepers long before we started removing hives, we bring a wealth of knowledge of how to safely handle any bee situation while also helping to save our fragile bee population.
