I received quotes from three different painting companies, and after meeting with Evans, I knew I wanted to work with him.
I was under a very tight deadline to get my home ready to rent and had attempted to handle the paint touch-ups myself. Unfortunately, my DIY efforts only made things worse. Because Evans owns rental properties himself, he understood the situation I was in and showed so much empathy throughout the entire process.
Instead of immediately trying to sell me on his services, Evans took the time to explain what I had been doing wrong and gave me advice so I could try to fix the paint myself and save some money. He told me to reach back out only if I still wasn’t happy with the results and needed help.
Two days later, I reached back out and told him that I hadn’t been able to make anything look better and that I needed the job completed the very next day. Despite the short notice, Evans gave me a very fair quote that was also the best price I had received out of all the estimates. Even though all of his painters were fully booked, Evans personally came out and painted the house himself.
I was honestly worried because I thought the job was far too much work for one person, but Evans spent over 12 hours at my house and transformed it. He even went above and beyond by painting more than I had originally asked for because he wasn’t happy with where the paint line ended and wanted everything to look seamless.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Evans is one of the most genuine and caring business owners I’ve worked with, and my house looks absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend him and his company enough.

They did an excellent job on our outdoor renovation project, including site preparation and fencing. From clearing and leveling the area to installing a high-quality fence, everything was handled with great skill and attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout, and they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I especially appreciate his suggestions and being honest with me.
As a new mom, I especially appreciated how respectful and considerate they of our home and schedule, they kept the workspace safe and tidy, minimized disruptions, and were flexible when needed. That level of care and understanding made the whole process so much less stressful. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. WOCH is definitely the way to go..
