We had left town and our cat decided to urinate on the couch. I contacted them when we got back on Saturday night to help clean our couch and they said they can be there the next morning at 8am. They arrived on-time and started working almost immediately. Before they started, they warned me that the couch may still have a smell afterwards as cat urine is very difficult to remove if it had set for a while. For 2hrs, they did their best to address all the issues, and they left me with some additional tips to try in case the couch still has some lingering odors. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
