I was extremely happy with the work that Nathan and his crew performed at our house. We had an extreme rat infestation in our attics. However, they did not damage anything in the attics nor did they attempt to get into the house. It was very important to us, however, that they be removed in a humane method. Nathan was quite knowledgeable concerning how to do this. He set some great humane traps with enticing bait!! (We had captured 20 baby rats with just peanuts, but the adults were far too clever for us!!) Nathan set the traps over several days and came back to the house — daily — to check on the traps so he could release any that were caught. He and his crew then returned to completely remove all the insulation in both of our attics and blew in much better and more insulation than we had before. He also provided us with an IRS site which discusses a tax deduction we can take for the new insulation. They also sanitized the attics and then blocked off all entrance points on the outside of the house. Lastly, Nathan provides a lifetime warranty against any animal invading our attics again! I wholeheartedly recommend Nathan if you need any type of rodent removal.

Absolutely awesome work! They were here within the hour to remove a duck that climbed down our chimney & was stuck in our fireplace! Great people & good knowledge of how to manage the job! I definitely will call them again!

Nathan came to our business to check out a smell of a dead animal. The smell had gone by the time he arrived, but he walked the exterior of the building with me and showed me the entry point and even the secretions that the rodents leave when they climb. He also explained what the smell likely came from. He was so professional and generous with information. You can't go wrong with him! What a great professional! Hire with confidence.

Well folks, this is the truth about Texan Home Solutions, aka Nathan’s Home Solutions! I had a critter dig a hole under my patio slab and I could not get her to leave…BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED! I phoned Nathan, who answered his phone immediately. We met that same day and he is the person EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW! He ran the little critter off, after coming to check traps every single day. He noticed chewing at my roof line by rats. Well, McKinney is the rat kingdom of north Texas. I had a bout with squirrels a few years ago living rent free in my attic and had them evicted and the holes covered with metal. So apparently the rats found a way to freeload in my attic now since the squirrels were evicted, and were inviting all their friends. Nathan took them on with no fear. He sealed all the entrance holes and any openings to the house from not only the out side, but from the inside too. Then he sucked out all their abandoned belongings and bedding (insulation for the weak hearted) from my attic, sanitized the attic and blew in more new insulation than I’ve ever had in my attic. He also is offering a life time warranty on his work, so hopefully I’m over having unwanted, freeloading tenants in my home. Nathan has fast become one of the rare people in my life who you can call, they answer the phone and can do just about anything you need, and he doesn’t take all your savings fixing things. He is truly a gentleman and very capable of repairing, replacing or removing just about everything. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I highly recommend Nathan for whatever your needs may be. Thank you so very much Nathan and crew!

Nathan was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. They removed and replaced the attic insulation and sealed off possible critter entry points. The crew was professional and friendly. They also helped me trouble shoot and cleanup another problem that turned out to be old carpenter ant damage. I would recommend this company.
