We had 2 companies come to our home to address a rodent intrusion problem. The first company told us we had mice and that it would be $1500 to seal the flashing and areas where there were gaps. It sounded a lot bigger than mice, and sure enough, Nathan was able to identify areas where rats had chewed through our rafters. The first company did not see this and they wouldn’t have sealed the house properly, on top of them selling me rodent traps which were unneeded once the house was sealed. Nathan’s team came out the next day, were done in an hour, and were less expensive than the 1st company. We are now sleeping peacefully with no rats above our bed.
