FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the amount of time it will take, as well as the supplies needed. A lot of times, someone will want a price quoted, without giving any details. Details are very important in determining the time needed. Other factures would include non standard heights or difficult areas to access.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain information that would help access the best direction that is needed and desired by the client. This can be done through a home visit and taking note of what setting my work will reside in. Color analysis, measurements and lighting factures, will also play an important role. There are cases where I will not need to visit the home but communication and photo exchange via mail/email would be necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a BFA in fine art as well as work experience, however many hours and years of personally studying and working with products and skills, has given me the best advantage.
