Kristy has been and continues to be an incredible property manager. She is a realtor too. So she’s been able to crunch up to date numbers for us comps-wise when it comes to all of our properties. She’s like a 2 for 1 deal. She takes incredibly good care of our tenants, checks on our properties regularly and doesn’t charge an arm and a first born child for property management like all these other property management groups. Also, I like that our tenants and my husband and I get personalized service vs these large property management groups. You never get a person actually hands on at those places. We will continue to use her and we highly suggest and recommend her!
