WM did an amazing job on my roof replacement. I went with the dark charcoal color and it looks great. The guys showed up at 7am and were done by 3pm, they also cleaned up everything after they were done used a magnet to pick up all the loose nails. The guys were professional and the quality of the work was superb. No more leaks in my roof! I am highly satisfied.

We recently had WM Contracting perform some repairs on our home. New roof (probably the best shingles on the market with a warranty), fixed a leaky front bay window (it had been a problem for years and several folks could never fix it), stained the wood fence, replaced all gutters and repaired all windows. They did a fantastic job and have great, friendly people out to do all the work. They were here when they said they would be here. And all this work only took a little over a week. I cannot endorse WM Contracting and the owner Chuck Downey enough. They gained my trust very quickly and I will contact them again for some home improvements that we have planned. I have referred them to my best friends and neighbors and I will not do that unless I completely trust someone. If you need some work done on your home, you cannot go wrong with WM Contracting. They are the best in my opinion!

Wm Contracting llc was wonderful to work with they truly are experts in the insurance claim process. The owner Chuck Downey helped us thru the entire process. This company is truly hands on. I would highly recommend them. The insurance company estimate was way low. He helped us to get a new roof and upgraded our shingles. Truly satisfied customer

I loved working with WM Contracting. We had a water leak at our rental property that flooded the house. Ever never dealt with a situation like this. The owner Chuck personally helped me on my claim. And was able to get my house looking better than it was before the flood happen. Thanks so much Chuck! I would highly recommend him for any Construction needs.

Chuck and his team are absolute experts in this field. Whether it's dealing with insurance, roof installation, gutters etc they are highly skilled and easy to work with.
