Our pricing is transparent and based on the specific service and level of support needed. We offer flat rate and project based pricing, so clients know the cost upfront. Some services may require a deposit to begin. Discounts may be available for bundled services, repeat clients, nonprofits, or ongoing engagements. All fees are clearly discussed before work starts no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, goals, and timeline. After that, we outline the scope of work, pricing, and next steps. Once approved, the client is onboarded and services begin. We maintain consistent communication and provide updates until the work is completed.
