Was supposed to be typing up my final orders after an agreed Mediated settlement agreement. Seems simple right? Told me on to separate occasions it would be done over the weekend and was not. After me reaching out twice and ketting her know I needed it to be done by a certain date then the blame was shifted to me claiming I didn't end the items in time and then it was i did not tell them I needed it done by a certain date. shifting the blame on me after you didn't fulfill your part is not right. When I finally received the orders there were several errors along with trying to give the other party things they weren't supposed to have. I reached out and requested a refund of course I was ignored. Please dont do business with this person a thief and con artist.

I have been waiting for my document to be reviewed for over a week. She keeps saying it will be 1-2 days, and I’ve received nothing. This document is an important milestone that is holding up my progress. This is awful service and should not be allowed or tolerated by Thumbtack.
