I rarely have used a professional house cleaning service as I do my own, however since a broken knee I am not able to deep clean. La Reina was a very professional company to deal with in responsiveness. The appointment was set up and a deposit required. The morning they came I got a call with the exact time that would be there which they were and I appreciated. 2 people came, very polite and English speaking which made communication easy. As far as cleaning I had requested a deep clean. I feel we must have very different views of deep clean. I explained again what I needed. I had gotten a call and had to leave. My husband was at home until they left. When I returned I found entire areas that were not done. I called them to let them know and sent them pictures. They were very apologetic and offered a discount, which I appreciated but refused. I did not want to pay someone to clean and then have to clean again myself. As an alternative she said she would come back out the next day which was a bit inconvenient but again, appreciated. Overall, I feel I received a general clean vs a deep clean. My other concern was the cleaning processes. The house was cleaned with a broom, Swiffer and Fabulosa. So while it smelled fabulous, I do not think you can do a deep clean with only these items. They are a young company. Professionalism is in place. I hope that they will grow and prosper as they learn from these reviews. I wish them well.
