Mady and her team did a great job! She was super quick to respond and she let me know her prices were negotiable and that she was available as early as that day. She was very easy to communicate with and I was able to pay her through Venmo, which was very convenient since I would not be available the day she was to clean. I would for sure recommend her services or use her again in the future!

Kading Home Services is the best experience I’ve had with a cleaning service. Mady is always punctual and very respectful. I feel like she always gives her best. KHS has done 2 move out cleans for me so far and each time my apartments were spotless. KHS is also the best priced service I’ve found so far. I will definitely be hiring KHS again in the future for any cleaning that I need.

Prices are always negotiable! Just reach out, don't be a stranger!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can connect using whatever method is easiest for you, be that by telephone, text, email or in person, I can make that happen! I like to go over all of YOUR needs, and do my very best to accommodate those.
I know how unsettling it can be for a stranger to come into your space, so I like to provide all customers with a personal resume with both personal and professional references included so you can get to know me a little bit better!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a company based out of Spring Branch, Texas for 2 1/2 years. With my time there, I personally cleaned both residential and commercial properties. I also worked on some home remodeling projects where I gained mass amounts of knowledge for both cleaning and the remodeling industry. After my 2 1/2 years with that company, I knew I was ready to do it on my own, and here I am!
