Setting up the move was easy, and all my questions and concerns were answered in a friendly, upbeat manner without any indication of impatience—excellent customer service. The movers were just as great, and worked at a nice steady pace. I was impressed with how neatly they packed everything into the U-haul truck so all my stuff would fit, as well as how they unloaded everything into my storage unit in a way that left as much space as possible for other items I'd be bringing later on. A great experience all-around.
