the service free of $75 is a flat rate and it is applied to the labor if customer agrees to the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first things first, thru either a call or text I collect the information needed such as type of unit, model number of the unit, and everything that's wrong with the unit. Then we schedule a time and date to go out and look at the unit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
