Mike was really cool and patient with my requests. I was stressed about getting this 85"Samsung Neo QLED TV hung. I called "XpressTV Mounting" the day prior and got no response from my phone call or text. I called Mike the next day and he actually answered the phone and was at my house within a 2 hour window. Mike was on time and prepared for every aspect of the job. He was neat and cleaned debris when he was done. Great guy with a great personality. This is one of the first times I felt safe with a repairman in my home, normally I feel either uncomfortable or worried they might break something. Mike alleviated all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable as he provided excellent customer service. I am not easily impressed by others, but Mike did the work, showed up and provided a quality service. I was beyond impressed with his work and personality. I will definitely be calling him back to help with future TV projects. Thanks again Mike! EXCELLENT WORK! 🙂

He was AMAZING, he came exactly when he said he would and installed my TV mount within 10 minutes. I was busy when he came and expected him to still be working when I’d completed my work but he was letting me know that he was finished.

Mike came on time, stayed in constant contact and communicated clearly and verified the day before everything we discussed and that we were on the same page He mouthed a 70’ perfectly and was able to fix and assemble a very large wooden dinner table I will continue to hire him and refer him to anyone looking for handyman He has GREAT communication
