- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can do hourly work, lump sum or fixed fees and work by percentage of construction costs. We are competitive and will work with you to meet your pricing goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is a relationship. You matter to us and will go beyond to exceed your expectations. Your project and vision is what we start with and provide consultation on how best to meet that vision with your ideas and budget in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Registered Architect with the State of Texas, LEED Green Associate, Member of American Institute of Architects. Have a Masters in Architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation. Served 2 Years on the San Antonio Historic Design and Review Commission.
