- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All setups include a delivery, setup, and breakdown fee, which varies by location, logistics and design size. Pricing depends on the style and complexity of each project, and every display is custom-made to fit your event and theme.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your event theme, colors, and vision to create a custom design and quote. From there, I handle delivery, setup, styling and breakdown — making the process easy, stress-free, and fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently enrolled in a year-long Master Class in Balloons, Florals, and Business with a top event designer. It’s helping me refine my skills and bring fresh, creative ideas to every client’s celebration.
