Marcus and his associate are a good example of when you find a contractor who isn’t trying to play off your ignorance.

We have a DR Horton house that has had a lot of cut corners with it and had other hvac contractors try to fear push based on our ignorance of hvac

Marcus and his associate cleaned up all the ducts especially bacteria build up in the plenum. Marcus called out a few items that DR Horton cut corners on where we weren’t getting good air flow.

Lastly he went through “needs” vs “wants” vs “don’t needs” that other contractors were pushing to with me to understand the needs and wants.

Really appreciate this team. Will continue to hire them here on out.
