Fair price, quality, detail work. Carefully goes over scope of work, writes estimate, then agreed on work, & form of pmt and pmt schedule. Very flexible on an add-on or change order, will give you costs upfront. The owner’s native language is Turkish, but I had no problem understanding him or making myself clear with instruction. GK or Gokan was always very nice, helpful, and always making sure that work was approved. I appreciated his attention to detail, high quality of workmanship, & always cleaned up after a days work. I had new wood shelves install, painting pantry, ceilings, & bathrooms. He no problem to install new electrical fixtures including new tech fan and vanity lights. I will hire him again to do more work around house when I’m ready. My indoor updates amounted to about 7-8.5k including materials. Very reliable Contractor.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the work of GK! I needed the primary room/den and back door painted as well as the front door stained. First of all, GK was punctual, responsive and so professional. He explained in detail what needed to be done at a fair price. I could not meet with him after the first day of work and he sent a video to me describing what had been completed. He was on time the next day to finish the job. I was so pleased with the work quality from this job. It was impeccable! He is a very kind person and very professional! You must hire him for your home improvement projects. He truly is THE BEST!

Gokhan was amazing! He gave us a very reasonable quote to replace our front fence and gate which was old and leaning. He finished the project in a few hours. Super communicative and professional. Very happy with the results. Highly recommended and will we definitely use him for other projects!
