Mr. Berry gave me the peace of mind I needed before I prematurely invested in a new roof. I originally hired him for his gutter cleaning service but added on the roof inspection once I saw his reviews. He was prompt, thorough, and courteous. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to Military, Teacher, EMS, FF, Police, Hands Hospital Staff directly involved with patient care.
My prices are very reasonable.
Anything larger than 5501 SQ ft needs a special quote for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet the customer at the home, give them a run down the contract so they understand what my service entails.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AHIT trained home inspector which has some of the most stringent educational requirements. also I am a Certified professional Inspector and member of InterNACHI with 10 additional certifications.
