Santos was much more than a vendor he was a partner with us on this time critical whole house project. Older home in bad shape that needed all walls, ceilings, trims, doors painted. Was on a tight time schedule and was worried if such a small firm could handle such a large job. Santos won me over with his honesty, work ethic and knowledge about how to solve the problems. My favorite thing about Santos was his flexibility to offer me choices on how to fix certain problems better than others. Ideally you would be afford to solve every issue the best way, however sometimes you need to do the job right while at a lower cost. He kept his word on timelines and brought in the resources to handle unexpected challenges. He also was very flexible and honest about change orders that are inevitable on a large whole house type of job. This was also my first time using Thumbtack which worked out really well. Santos is a passionate and honest guy and crew that I trust to help me with painting and other projects around improving your property.
