Hi there I cannot be more happier with my experience with two step movers. I knew I was moving but with my work schedule I didn't know how I was gonna plan everything out but let me tell you they called me and helped me plan everything out so it would remove stress off of me. But these guys went above and beyond to make everything so simple for me. They assembled my large entertainment center they hooked up my washer and dryer and placed all my heavy furniture right in place and I didn't have to lift anything! They were extremely careful and packed and wrapped everything so carefully and never damaged anything they were extremely protective of my property and so quick too!! Also it was cheaper than the estimate I was given! If you ever have to move do not hesitate to call two step movers!! They are absolutely the best and will take great care of you!! Trust me. I cannot thank you guys enough for what you did for me. You made my move extremely easier for me. And I have been telling everyone about yall. I will be sending more business your way!! Thank you with all my heart!

Great service from Will and the team from Two-Step Moving. Fantastic response and we couldn’t be happier with their work. My family has moved numerous times over the years and short local moves have alway been the most stressful. Absolute blessing!! Will and his team were on time, professional, courteous, and definitely experts in the moving game. We're in between homes and will be having Will move us out of storage into our next home in a month. They professionally wrapped our large items to protect them as they went into storage. When they say two step, they mean just that. Quick in and out process. They were mindful of our time and even went above and beyond by making a 2nd trip to our AirBnb vs. us getting a trailer for smaller stuff. Thank you Will and Team!! We have over 15 years experience in the transportation industry.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Only use licensed and insured moving companies. Ask about trip fees, fuel surcharges, extra fees for stairs, fees for tape, bubble wrap, mattress bags, etc. We don't charge for any of those!
