Wedding Coordination
Jennifer was punctual for the rehearsal and the "day of" the wedding. She handled all of the vendors and helped us with coordination and kept us on our schedule. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding knowing that Jennifer was handling our details. I found her on Thumbtack and I am so glad I did. She is a gem. Thanks Jennifer!!!!

Jen is the person you want on your special day. I was so busy with working having a new born and planning a wedding that without her I would probably cancelled from the stress. She is amazing. She helped from rehearsal to day of setting up and tearing down. She had everything under control and didn’t let me stress the day of my wedding.

Event Planning
So far my interaction with Central Texas Planner has exceeded my expectations. She is responsive and professional and has listed to what I want and delivered. She has integrity and loves what she does. She took on my whole event and is very organized. She can do an event on a budget and deliver. My event is this weekend so I cannot comment on the end result yet but so far I am VERY IMPRESSED. I feel like I struck gold in finding her. :)

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is determined after having a good conversation to know what you are looking for. This helps to ensure accurate pricing and understanding what you need, so you aren't charged for something you don't want/use. There are some basic pricing guidelines and discounts below, but again, it is important to have a conversation to get a full picture of what the customer needs before providing an estimate. There is a 10% discount to those in the military, first responders and teachers. Discounts are also provided to those who allow me to use photos of the event and referrals. Wedding Pricing Day of coordination - Starts at $500 Wedding Planning - Starts at $1500 Birthday Parties - Starts at $300 Anniversary celebrations - Starts at $300 Corporate/Business Events Conferences - Starts at $2500 Training - Starts at $500 Holiday Parties - Starts at $250 Retirements - Starts at $250 Other - Starts at $250
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The start is to get to know the customer! I can't be sure of what is expected without hearing what you want. I typically like to meet face to face to hear your thoughts of what you want this event to be. I'll have initial questions that I generally send ahead of time. If they aren't provided before the meet and greet, then we will can discuss it during our meeting, but I try to be mindful of your time too. I know life is pretty chaotic, especially when working on an event. Once the initial meeting is done, I like to touch base every so often. Timeframe is determined by length of time leading up to the event. Most often this can be done with a text message, phone call, or email depending on what is needing to be discussed/shared. It also depends on the type of event being coordinated. Bottom line thought, I will communicate with you and make sure we talk about what you want and share the game, so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My experience has come through various opportunities. I've planned events for training small groups to large conferences (10 to 400 people). I've planned retirement ceremonies, birthday parties, baby showers, and weddings. I've also coordinated competitions, award events, Distinguish Visitor visits/tours, tours for high school and college students, and so much more!
