Mr. Sawyer quickly set up my consult visit and came the next day for repairs. Both times he texted me that he was on his way. He gave thorough information on what and why certain stations needed repairs. He gave us valuable information on watering times per station when his job was complete. The amount I will save in watering next year will pay for the repairs! Also appreciated his education on performing repairs myself to my dripline when they accidentally occur!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come out and take a look and get an estimate to the customer for approval to proceed. Although I do not mind performing the work while onsite.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training (the best kind) for over 15 years. Got my tech license in 2011 and my irrigator license in 2018
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked at a golf course, got thrown on repairs and never looked back
