Our house has a vaulted ceiling with windows near the ceiling that I could never adequately clean by myself and more windows that just don't get cleaned when they should. We recently saw an ad for KNB Home and Commercial Services and engaged them to clean all the windows. Don Jr and Senior just finished up and we are amazed at how beautiful these former eyesore windows look! Pricing by type of window helps make the estimated cost realistic and the care and quality of their work made us so happy that we had finally turned the job over to the pros. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in customer service very successfully for the last 15 years for other big companies. Last year I decided to open my own small family owned and operated business. Why not? I love the public... I do an outstanding job no matter what the profession...
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do residential and commercial cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning jobs. We also do just about any type of home or building construction, demolition and remodeling projects
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research! There are a lot of fly by night guys in this industry claiming to be the best. A true professional will produce commercial liability insurance to you on demand. They will have a professional vehicle and uniforms and website. If not, be careful!
