They were very responsive and we scheduled for a Sunday. They wanted to come earlier than scheduled but said no, we were not home. After that, it got delayed past the scheduled time until we were finally rained out. Scheduled for Monday at 8 am. No answer to multiple texts and calls. Very disappointed.
