- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a fairly nice guy . im not perfect!! I've made mistakes in life, but i have also learned and keep learning everyday.. i have a family,whom i strive for everyday,so I am fair and really enjoy my job and I like helping people . I understand that we all go thru things in life and we can't always pay everything that we need to upfront. so if I see the situation a nessesity.. I will work with you if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
as soon as I receive there lead or message . I make contact either via text or a call. to set up a day or time to either diagnose or look at there repair or project to give an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have vocational education as a teenager ,some community college,College, trade schools , but most of my education is self taught ,and experience working in all aspects of the construction remodel and techical fields . I've worked with several big and small company's in town and out of town . From carpentry,concrete ,insulation,drywall,roofing, electrical,refrigeration,locksmithing,plumbing,to final finish.. I don't know how to do everything but commen sense and the experience and my views and site allows me to accomplish all I want..and need too, in my profession.
