Allen is great. He is on-time, quick to respond and very easy to work with. Allen come to check the window screens and fixed everything next day for us. He has great communication skills and informed me of all the choices and decisions throughout the process. The result is very satisfactory and I will recommend Allen to anyone who may need window services. Thank you Allen!

I was responsible for putting down my own grass but Allen put in my culvert and drains and prepared my yard to be able to lay grass and finally have a beautiful back yard again. My yard was a handful. We had some hiccups so it took longer than expected but he got through the obstacles and finished it with great results. For a company just getting started I think all and all he did a great job. I can FINALLY enjoy my backyard. The first picture is how my yard looked before any work was done. The second picture is the same location as the first picture after it was done. The third picture is one of the two drain he put into the culvert and the last picture is where he was laying the culvert pipe.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

my pricing is bottomed out at a bargain price due to the little overhead of a newer small independent family owned company COMPARED TO A MUCH LARGER BUSSINESS in my opinion my prices will not be acceptable for much longer if I plan on growing as a small business so TAKE ADVANTAGE WHILE YOU CAN.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

my typical process is to gain knowledge of my customer, there needs and what I'll need to do the job. present the customer with a price. when customer contacts me I gain full knowledge of proposed work , the customer and their needs . then confirm pricing with customer and schedule a time to proceed with said work. upon approval commence to complete project at hand and present the best customer service possible.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a journeyman licensed plumber in the business for 15 years and soon to be master. I have been in construction environment and have knowledge of several different trades and am capable of doing almost anything especially In plumbing. there's no job too big or too small.
