I hired Kevin Knight to clean my ceramic tile in my kitchen & living room, about 900 sq ft. The grout was very dirty looking even after scrubbing it myself. After getting a quote from him on thumbtack.com I immediately schedule him to clean my tile. He was on time, explained everything he was doing in detail, cleaned the floors, & I was shocked how great they looked! I've lived in this house for 8 yrs w/3boys & 2 dogs & have never seen the tile & grout look so good! He also sealed it so it will continue to look good for a long time. I've already set up an appointment for next month for him to clean my carpets!

In just a couple of hours, for a very reasonable price, Kevin Knight transformed my disgusting, grungy, depressing slate-tiled shower into an oasis! When I first saw the shower I doubted I would ever want to put my feet in it, but last night I enjoyed the first shower with complete confidence the tiles were totally clean. Kevin recommended a product to kept the shower free of hard water spots, as well. He is very professional and extremely nice and I highly recommend his service.

I had 3 companies quote my job of cleaning and sealing just over 900 sq ft of tile and what everyone called 6 rooms of carpet with staircase. Knights Touch was very competitive. His equipment is brand new his process for tile is similar to what everyone does but there carpet process is the best. Kevin showed up as scheduled and worked hard all day. The end result was nothing short of a Knights Touch! Excellent job. 2 if the neighbors are looking to hire him after seeing his work. I would recommend Knights Touch for either your tile or carpet cleaning needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Most cases it begins with either just carpet then they realize I can take care of their tile as well or vise versa. Usually, the customer wants their carpets clean along with their tile and grout.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I completed a job for a gentleman that wanted all of the carpet upstairs and the stairway cleaned along with the tile and grout. He wanted the grout sealed as well. He needed it done in one day because he had a real estate photographer coming out the next day. I started at 9:00 AM and didn't leave until 9:00 PM but we got the job done and the customer was very happy. The pictures came out great because of everything he had done to the home before listing it for sale. Especially, the cleaning Knight's-Touch did. We came back after the pictures to seal the grout.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. Think about how anyone can operate a business by offering a 2 or 3 hour job for less than $100 and they still have to travel to your home. The fuel alone will cost $20-$25 on the low end.
