- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most cases it begins with either just carpet then they realize I can take care of their tile as well or vise versa. Usually, the customer wants their carpets clean along with their tile and grout.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I completed a job for a gentleman that wanted all of the carpet upstairs and the stairway cleaned along with the tile and grout. He wanted the grout sealed as well. He needed it done in one day because he had a real estate photographer coming out the next day. I started at 9:00 AM and didn't leave until 9:00 PM but we got the job done and the customer was very happy. The pictures came out great because of everything he had done to the home before listing it for sale. Especially, the cleaning Knight's-Touch did. We came back after the pictures to seal the grout.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. Think about how anyone can operate a business by offering a 2 or 3 hour job for less than $100 and they still have to travel to your home. The fuel alone will cost $20-$25 on the low end.
