I called them after 6 pm, they came over within 30 minutes of my original call for service. Luis Reyes, the technician, was very knowledgeable, very friendly and explained the issues after promptly solving it!

We were working with another local company and had received quotes to repair the Amana system with warranty on the compressor, or to completely replace the condenser unit with a Trane. As the other company was a Trane dealer, I checked on the Amana website to find a local Amana dealer to see if there may be better options on the warranty repair. I reached out to Aire Serv (they were listed on the Amana we Katie) over the weekend, and they got back with me right away. As this was a second (upstairs) unit, I didnt want a weekend service call so they contacted me on Monday morning and provided a quote that was $1500 less than the repair quote from the other company. They did state up front that it may take 7-10 business days to receive the compressor. They offered to install window units during the wait period, which we appreciated but declined. As there were further unanticipated delays in shipping the compressor within the 7-10 business days, they worked with Amana and were able to completely replace the entire condenser unit at the same price for the repair. After Don and his team arrived and installed the new condenser late on a Friday afternoon (and it rained on them!), they were able to even further reduce the cost as the new unit didnt require as much Freon for the factory charge. Courteous, honest, professionaland what a tremendous value! We will trust Aire Serve for our future heating and a/c needs!!!

I'm really happy with my new HVAC system installed by Aire Serve. From beginning to end I felt I was being treated with honesty and integrity, and never felt any pressured salesmanship. All my options were explained and all my questions answered satisfactorily. The work was done faster than I expected, as well. And best of all, I just received my first utility bill since the work was complete, and I was actually shocked! It was the lowest I have ever seen it in the 24 years I've been living in this house.

Matthew was exceptional. He found several issues that other A/C companies had completely missed. He even managed to fix a couple of issues that were created by the previous company. I highly recommend Matthew and Aire Serv.

This is our 3rd year as customers with Aire Serv of Aggieland, and we have a recurring annual "maintenance agreement" with them. This continues to be a very wise investment, which keeps our A/C & Furnace systems reliable and operable throughout the year. Their outstanding technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Two (2) new techs (ETHAN GEE & JOSE CONTRERAS) came out today to do our summer service and they found a couple items hurting system efficient, along with a weak capacitor on our 4-ton A/C (luckily it won't fail in the hotter months ahead). They also made some other long term enhancement suggestions which would improve longevity and performance. I was favorably impressed by both of these young men, and they reflect greatly on the Aire Serv business owners (Don & Rebecca Hatcher).
