So incredibly helpful and kind. They walked me through what I needed to do about what I thought was a huge mold problem. They talked me off the ledge and pointed me in the right direction, our problem has been solved and I couldnt be happier with the help and guidance Omni pro provided.I would definitely work with them again! (Although hopefully I never have to) and will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Omni-Pros did a fantastic job getting our water leak damage sorted. They were clean and professional. They stopped to inform us throughout the process on their findings. Very kind and compassionate, taking time to go over things slowly, giving myself the chance to think through the stress. 10/10 recommend.

Omni-Pros Restoration handled the clean-up and restoration after a water leak damaged walls, a built-in shelving unit, and carpet in my home. They were informed, capable, polite, and proactive in their efforts to mitigate the damage and restore the damaged area. I highly recommend this company and their subcontractors for any like incident. Most importantly, I will call them in the future if a need arises!

Matt and Dylan at Omni-Pros Restoration remediated my house for mold and water damage and rebuilt a closet for me. They did an excellent job.Matt was able to come by a couple of hours after I called--the same day I initially discovered that water had been dripping through my wall and under my house. He quickly determined the severity of the damage, managed my expectations, and helped me figure out my next steps.He helped me understand how I should describe my problem in my insurance claim and worked with my adjuster to help her understand what was going on in my house. Even as my adjuster took forever and failed to look at my file closely enough, Matt stuck with me, sending what felt like 100 emails, asking for updates and re-clarifying what rooms exactly had been affected. I called him on multiple occasions, and he gave me helpful advice.Throughout the whole process--diagnosing where the mold spores were, waiting for insurance approval, remediating the mold, and rebuilding the compromised walls--I knew what to expect, which was a big relief. As a first-time home-owner for less than a year, I really appreciated how above and beyond they went.Due to the extent of the damage, they had to pack up our belongings after cleaning them. Everything was stored safely, and nothing went missing. They let us know which items couldn't be salvaged and took pictures. They put everything back once it had been cleaned. They built the walls back even more secure, adding supporting studs where the original wall needed them. In reinstalling the water heater the freshly painted wall was scuffed, but they made sure it got touched up. They replaced trim, painted new wall colors, and put down new flooring. Everything is immaculate, which makes it feel nicer than before.I'd recommend Omni-Pros to anyone who asked. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and transparency made the whole process bearable.
