I’ve tried many HVAC companies and Polar has beat Baker brothers and fixed my problem with my heater. Instead of calling baker brothers 4 times and charged me over 1k and didn’t fix it.

During the big freeze this weekend, Patrick with Polar Pros was able to come out troubleshoot my heat. Even with supply houses having adjusted hours he got the job done. Im very pleased to have my heat on. Thanks Patrick.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to set a time that works best for you. One of our licensed technicians will arrive with a fully stocked truck able to fix most issues onsite. All work is clearly priced before being performed. We always offer multiple options when available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Technicians are licensed under Texas Law to perform HVAC work.
