FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give you a straight price before any work starts, based on a phone consultation or an in-person inspection if the job needs one. No hidden fees added after the fact. We offer free estimates, and if a repair turns out to need more work than expected once we're inside the chimney, we stop and confirm with you before doing anything beyond the original quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand the issue, whether it's a routine cleaning, a repair, or something more serious like a cracked flue or damaged cap. From there we schedule an inspection or service visit, walk the customer through what we find, and confirm pricing before starting any work. Once the job is done, we explain what we did and give basic maintenance tips to help prevent the same issue down the road.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed and insured for chimney and fireplace work, including cleaning, inspections, masonry repair, and cap or crown replacement. We stay current on chimney safety codes and fire hazard standards since this work directly affects home safety.
