With 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in weight loss, women’s fitness, and body recomposition. My mission is to uplift and empower women by helping them realize how strong, capable, and resilient both their bodies and minds truly are. I take a holistic approach to wellness and believe the connection between mind and body is essential for creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also hold advanced certifications in TRX, kettlebell training, weight loss specialization, mixed martial arts conditioning, mobility training, athletic performance, and body recomposition. In addition, I am a certified health coach through Precision Nutrition.
Unfortunately, not all trainers are created equal. Helping clients safely and effectively reach their goals requires a deep understanding of exercise progression, nutritional education, mobility, recovery, and individualized programming. Anyone can make people tired — but creating long-term, sustainable transformation takes knowledge, strategy, and experience.
My coaching style focuses on a step-by-step approach, making small, manageable changes that lead to lasting results over time. I strongly believe self-accountability is one of the most important tools for long-term success, and my role is to guide and support clients through that process.
Every client I work with receives a fully individualized program. Workouts and nutrition strategies are customized based on fitness level, injuries, capabilities, goals, and nutritional foundation. There is no one-size-fits-all approach in my coaching.
I also encourage clients to let go of outdated ideas about health and fitness and come in with an open mind, ready to learn. My goal is not only to help you achieve results, but to educate you along the way so you leave with the knowledge and confidence to maintain your progress for life.
