We had the BEST engagement party ever, mainly due to the efficient planning and preparation done by Pamela and Vanessa. They set up the pianist, who was awesome, the caterer, who also was awesome, the wait staff,bartenders and florist. Everyone was dressed professionally and did their duties to the fullest. Pamela and Vanessa met all of my requests, and excelled in making everything go smoothly. She also provided all of the glassware and dishes, so no clean up for me! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the whole arrangement. I will definitely use them again if the need arises, and highly recommend their services for any party. Omg- the two tier wedding cake Pam made for us was phenomenal. The top was carrot cake and the bottom a cream filled whitish cake. It was wonderful. They delivered to our venue and the price was great. We highly recommend her!!!!oMay 17, 2020Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have 3 packages for our event and wedding planning. Our first is the Gold package which covers working with couple to help select the perfect vendors, and staying in touch with vendors through the day of wedding. We help couples to decide on a Venue and all the contracts need to an awesome wedding of their dreams. Our Silver package is for the couple that has already selected and contracted with some of their vendors, doing the follow up until the day of , and available the complete day of the wedding. Our Bronze package is for day of Coordination- which includes meetings prior to wedding date, gathering all the contact information and available the whole day of the wedding. We try and accommodate every couples wishes and what they expect from our company and other vendors selected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get to know your client, their likes and dislikes, good communication is the key to providing my service and the couple having an awesome wedding.
