Our pricing is tailored to each individual client depending on their needs. Payment plans are an option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to make sure we understand the client's needs and goals. We then develop an initial plan and gather all the facts from all the different sources. We believe in thorough preparation and consistent client communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The firm's founder, John Urquhart, is an experienced trial lawyer with a unique background as a combat veteran and infantry Marine. John went to law school after several tours to Iraq and leaving the USMC due to injuries. He then began his legal career learning from the legendary Richard "Racehorse" Haynes. John's expertise in counterterrorism operations from his training and combat experience as a Marine infantry officer laid a solid foundation to fight for others in this country's adversarial system of justice. John understands the significant responsibility trial lawyers have. He joined the USMC at 19 years old and was responsible for the lives of many Marines in combat. John takes his responsibility as a trial lawyer just a serious.
